From the first consultation to the final walk-around, Deivid was attentive, knowledgeable, and communicative. He took the time to explain everything to us and answer all our questions. His team was very skilled, professional and friendly, and completed the work efficiently. We'd definitely use 89 Home Remodeling again.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dave, Franciele and team at 89 homes recently did our upstairs bathroom and WOW WE LOVE IT! We truly cannot say enough amazing things about 89 homes and the work they did on our bathroom! They were absolutely incredible from beginning to end - professional, communicative, patient, thoughtful, kind, and some of the hardest-working people we've ever worked with. Dave took the time to really listen to what we wanted, was incredibly attentive to every detail, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his craftsmanship. The quality of the work is beautiful, and the attention to detail is honestly exceptional. The finished bathroom is beyond what we could have imagined. It genuinely feels like we have our own luxury spa in our home, and we absolutely love it! Finding someone you can trust with a renovation is not always easy, so we are especially grateful that we found Dave, Franciele and the 89 homes team. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a team who is talented, reliable, hardworking, and truly cares about their clients and their work. We will absolutely be using 89 homes for all of our future projects!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Deivid and his team were incredible to work with. Deivid is very professional, easy to get ahold of, and gives regular updates with thoughtful explanations of what work he has done and why. He and his team remodeled our bathroom, fixed our outdated plumbing, repaired structural damage a previous plumber had done to our ceiling joists, and replaced our water damaged kitchen ceiling. Throughout the job Deivid regularly offered to fix extra things he found along the way all without adding any additional cost. This included completely repainting our bathroom, fixing structural issues he found in the bathroom wall, and adding shelving to our shower alcove that matched the new tile we bought. I can't say enough positive things about his work and he has made a lifelong customer in me.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Deivid and his team are just fabulous. He was recommended by two neighbors who used their services. I had them replace the bathtub with a walk in shower and installed new flooring. They arrived each day when expected; followed up on every detail; helped me in making decisions; cleaned up each day and were attentive to all my questions and concerns. Their workmanship is spectacular. Because I have a one bathroom unit, I needed to have the work done during a specified time. Deivid honored that at all times and got the project done in the timeframe. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them all. Already planning my next project to hire them again. Thank you Deivid and Fran and all the folks who worked on my project.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We couldn’t be more pleased with our bathroom remodel. David and his team delivered exceptional results from start to finish, combining professionalism, reliability, and impressive timeliness throughout the entire project. They kept everything on schedule and ensured the process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and the finished bathroom exceeded our expectations in both design and execution. David was a pleasure to work with—responsive, courteous, and fully committed to ensuring every aspect of the job was completed to the highest standard. We highly recommend David and his team to anyone considering a remodel. Their expertise and dedication truly set them apart, and we are thrilled with the final result.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very friendly Honestly. I recommend David and his crew. 👍👍👍Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I met Deivid after I received glowing reviews of his work from a close friend of mine. This prompted me to see his completed work( a complete demo and reconstruction of an upstairs bathroom of an old house in Roslindale)firsthand. Furthermore I was told he was conscientious, a perfectionist ,a master of his craft, and a wonderful human being to boot. My upstairs bathroom was in dire need of a major redo and after discussing our needs and desires with D, i knew that we shared the same vision and he and his team would be up to the task. Knowing we had time constraints, D and his team worked diligently within the time frame given them and I was completely satisfied with the work that was performed. The finished product addressed my needs and desires and then some. D and his team are a pleasure to work with; so much so that we will be using them to redo both our kitchen and playroom starting this Fall.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Deivid and his crew recently finished a remodel of our shower stall. Deivid provided great communication throughout the project, included us on the important decisions, and was always responsive to our concerns. Ramon did a wonderful job on the tile work. Demolition of the old shower and repair of the subfloor was a difficult task, but they did great work and did a great job cleaning up. We’re so pleased with the finished product!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My wife and I are delighted with our bathroom renovation by Dave and the team at 89 Home Remodeling. Dave is a pleasure to work with: patient, attentive, and with an eye for detail. I was happy that he did things the right way instead of what might have been a little faster or cheaper. Dave took the time to explain what was being done and why. If I had questions, he answered them patiently. The experience was smooth and the final result stunning. I highly recommend Dave and 89 Home Remodeling.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dave and his wife did a great job replacing my deck. His communication was great, he came when he said he would, did a perfect job at the price he quoted. I will hire him for future projects as well.
